On 8-28-14 around 8:15am RVFD was alerted as part of a Tanker Task Force to assist at a multi-alarm structure fire in the 1-2 Box, at 4490 Laurel Grove Road.  Tanker-406 (Utz/Jarboe) responded within minutes.  On arrival Tanker-406 was placed into the water shuttle operation and Asst. Chief Jarboe assisted with attack operations on the fire ground.  Units were on the scene for approximately one hour.
