At 12;30pm RVFD along with Talbot Co. Sta.80 (QAHVFC) and CCEMS, were alerted for an MVC reported to be with entrapment, at Shore Hwy and Thawley Rd.  As Chief-4 (Utz) checked up on the air, Caroline advised that U-308 (Denton VFD) was in the area and added themselves to the call.  U-308 arrived and reported to the MVC to be at the intersection of Shore Hwy and Holly Rd.   Chief Utz requested that Sta.300 (Denton VFD) be added to the call for their rescue.  Chief-4 arrived and established Shore Hwy Command advising of a two vehicle MVC.  U-308 advised command that there was not entrapment, but had two patients for transport.  Command canceled the Rescue 300, but had Rescue-84 continue in "cold" and stage at the old Uplands Golf Course.  Squad 405 (Gott) arrived and secured both vehicles and assisted with EMS.  Both patients were transported to Memorial Hospital in Easton with non-life threatening injuries.  Maryland State Police is investigating the crash.  Phot's are courtesy of Bruce Secrist, Delmarva Fire Photography.com
